Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details).
Financial data including billing information, transaction and payment card information.

Information from accounts customers link to Ashburn Apps. (Includes Location data if provided). e.g. information stored on Fitbit which is linked to YourApp+.
We collect and process personal information including information about your health when you compete your Guest Screening document.
We collect and process your contact details when you sign up to receive communications from us about our services, offers and events and when you contact us via email or through the contact form on our web site.

How we store your information
Your information is securely stored on our premises or those of our processors.
We keep personal information whilst you are a member of the gym and for up to 12 months after your membership ends.
We keep contact details to provide information about our services, offers and events whilst the business is operating unless you ask us to remove them.
We will dispose of your information by removing your personal details from our systems and by secure destruction of any physical copies of the information that we hold.
