Established in September 2017 we recently became Romsey's first eco-powered gym. With SportArt's Eco Powr Line equipment 74% of the energy created by our members during their workout will be converted into utility grade electricity. Members can scan in on our CV kit with a QR code and track their workouts in real time. This uplaods onto our big in-club screen where we collectively watch our workouts turn into watts and send them back into the local grid. We compliment this with our "Green Member" leaderboard, running in-house challenges, which help keep members on track and motivated. With ample free parking, shower block and a secure gated entry system we also share a complex with some of the best small businesses in town! We pride ourselves on creating a friendly community, supported further by group training timetable and team of experienced personal trainers.

Full, personalised gym induction
We take our time to tailor a gym induction that will help you achieve your specific goals - be it strength, weight loss, rehabilitation or sport specific. We liaise with local appointed professionals for support with these where needed, such as sports therapists, midwives and physios.

SO51Fitness is more than just a gym. We are a community of like-minded people who support each other with fitness goals, socialise at regular member events and participate in local events such as Gung-Ho, Glow Run and Romsey Relay Marathon.
We pride ourselves on running small group exercise classes, which allow us to help keep motivation levels high but most importantly ensure our members are training safely and with good technique. From circuits and tabata to core conditioning, there is something to suit everyone.
